Visiting a new church can be pretty intimidating! We know because we’ve all been there. We’ve designed this page to help you prepare for your first visit to CrossWinds Church so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
On a typical Sunday morning at CrossWinds Church you’ll find many different kinds of people at parts of their faith journey. Chances are, there will be other newcomers just like you. Whether you’re new to church and faith, or a longtime Jesus-follower, you will be welcomed here.

Test Drive a Sermon
A Sunday Service is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. During this time, we'll sing songs together to worship our Savior and listen to a sermon from one of the pastors. CrossWinds preaches expository (verse by verse) so no scripture gets missed.

Jackie and I are Moreno Valley ‘natives’; both graduating Moreno Valley High School. I’ve been a follower of Jesus Christ since I was 19 years old. We married in 1979 and have three grown children. My passion is to introduce people to Jesus Christ, see them grow in their walk with Him, and release them to share their gifts and excitement with others!

FIRST TIME TO CROSSWINDS?
CrossWinds simply wants to make Sunday a fulfilling experience for your family. It can be intimidating the first time arriving at a new church and our goal is to make you feel at home; to serve, and be a blessing to you and your family. We hope that you encounter the presence of God during the worship service, as well as, a warm welcome from our family.
Visit the Next Steps table in the lobby to receive a complementary gift bag and have any questions you may have answered. First time visitors also receive a free beverage from our Cornerstone Café! What does a typical service look like?

Is there something for my kids?
Childcare is provided by volunteers who care and love for your kids!
Nursery - 6th Grade Kids have specialized programming during the service. CrossWinds' Children Church provides a fun, interactive, Bible-centered time for kids. They enjoy a full playground, worship, skits, games, crafts, and more. Kids are waking up parents to come to church! Are there small groups?
