We have 2 calendars - PUBLIC and STAFF
- Public calendar - accessible to everyone (our church and beyond).
- Staff calendar - accessible only to those who have been given permission AND have the password (Request Access)
WHAT gets posted?
- Public calendar - includes events/activities that are open to the church
- Staff calendar - includes all public postings PLUS items that are not pertinent to the public, but help staff stay on track with ALL upcoming activities (example: staff vacations, closed meeting reservations, et al.)
