New to a Meeting
We maintain confidentiality and ensure the meeting remains a safe place for those who are sharing their hurts, habits, and hangups.
Open share groups
are just that - open share. Participants can talk about whatever is on their heart at the time but their sharing must be about them and their struggles, not others. We follow the five guidelines - 1. keep your sharing focused limit to 3 -5 minutes; 2. no crosstalk during share time: 3. we will not attempt to fix one another; 4 confidentiality and anonymity are basic requirements. What is shared in the group, stays in the group; 5. offensive language not allowed. We have three additional guidelines just for Zoom. They are: 6. All participants MUST use headphones; 7. All members MUST be on camera; 8. The meetings will not be recorded.
"The isolation of the Stay-At-Home can be devastating. Everyone I have talked with wants this to be over and we all want to gather back at church however, at the same time, we want to continue to fight this virus and keep our selves and others safe." - Phil
